Mr. Newman has 25 years of experience in management and technology with consultancies as Booz & Company, DMR Consulting Group, KPMG Consulting (BearingPoint) and Grant Thornton. His industry experience includes Northrop Grumman Corporation, The Boeing Company, and Volkswagen where Mr. Newman served on the country executive team of its technology division (now T-Systems). He is a Certified Management Consultant since 1995, a SA-8000 Social Accountability adviser since 1999, and a trained quality instructor since 2000. Mr. Newman is an outside board member to the SAP Sustainability Executive Advisory Council (EAC) and earned a graduate certificate at the University of Oregon in its Sustainability Leadership Program. He is a graduate of the Henry Samueli School of Engineering at UCLA in aerospace engineering with an emphasis in economics, and received an MBA from the Conrad Hilton School of Management from Loyola Marymount University with a graduate certificate in international business. Mr. Newman is a member of the adjunct faculty at Northwood University concentrating on international management. He is the author of the SAP Press title, “Understanding SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise Performance Management.”
